Custom and Personalised Orders
It is UK Law for dog tags to have your surname, house number, street & postcode on. This is mentioned in each listing but should you choose to have something different, I am happy to fulfill your wishes. I am in no way liable should you be fined for not displaying these details. By purchasing from Baxter's Boutique, you accept these terms.
Please double check spellings and numbers provided for personal items. If provided incorrectly, I am not at fault. A replacement can be made but will need to be purchased through the website.
Custom (choosing hardware) and personalised items are not eligible for refund unless faulty. This must be declared within 14 days of receipt of item.
Most items are made from scratch by hand so may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.
Placing Your Order
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for goods and delivery before your order can be accepted. We will confirm this acceptance by e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract. Only adults (those aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into such contracts; by ordering on this website you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or older and capable of forming a legally binding contract. Once your order is paid for we will process and dispatch it to the delivery address provided.
Gift Vouchers/ Certificates
Baxter's Boutique is not obligated to provide a replacement voucher if the original has been lost, stolen or destroyed. The voucher is non transferable and can not be exchanged for cash. A unique code will be shown on each voucher to enter at checkout. This can be used in conjunction with any other promotional code (such as those given by brand reps) and on items in the Sale/Clearance section. Vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue. If not used within this timeframe, the voucher is invalid.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me in writing or via email within: 14 days of delivery
Items must be shipped back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing will be deducted from any refund.
All items are posted 1st class Signed For and therefore require a signature. If you are not home when delivery is made, it will be taken to your local depot to collect. It is your responsibility to collect within the time frames of the postal service. Failure to collect will result in the package being returned to me and an additional postage cost will need to be made to resend back out.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
