Personal Details Disc Dog Tag
This tag is ideal if you want a basic disc with just your personal details.
Firstly select the disc size - either 32mm or 25mm. Your personal details will go on the back so you can easily be re-united with your pup.
The front of the disc can be left completely blank or customised with a cute heart or paw along with your dogs name if you'd like this added. Please add a note at checkout with your request. If no note is added , the disc will be left blank.
It is UK law to have your surname, house number, street, postcode, and a phone number on your dog's tag.
If you would like different information stamped, we are happy to do this, but will not be at fault should you be fined.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please do not attach your lead directly to the split rings as this will stretch them.
Check your tag often and replace split rings if necessary.
Metal on metal will naturally scratch and scuff. Copper & brass will also tarnish over time with normal wear.
A regular polish with a soft cloth and a metal polish such as Autosol will help keep the shine.
These are not design faults and are considered normal 'wear and tear', therefore a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
